LEAD TIME

Our products are handmade to order and will be delivered in the order that they are received. Please allow a production time of 1-2 weeks to receive your order.

COLOR ACCURACY AND VARIATION

Although we strive to make a product of quality and uniformity, slight variations in color and design between pieces are the trademark of handmade products. There may also be slight differences in color due to the way your computer monitor is calibrated. donnabelle designs reserves the right to make minor design changes and material modifications as necessary without notice.

PRIVACY

We use the personal information you provide only to fulfill your order. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. You are automatically signed up for our email list to alert you to new products or events. Please contact us Comment: Remove from list to opt out of our email list.

We ship via US Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation. Delivery fees will be calculated by PayPal based on the total order per shipping address. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Rush orders are available at an additional cost. International orders are also welcome. Please contact us for more information.

Please note: All sales are final on sale items and custom orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No credit card refunds will be issued.

All jewelry pieces are carefully inspected for quality by the designer prior to shipping. If you are unhappy with your purchase or if it arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly issue you a refund provided the item is in its original condition and shows no signs of wear. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and require a return authorization by contacting us Subject: Returns. Store credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days. Please ensure that your package is insured and that postage is pre-paid. We do not accept returns via C.O.D. donnabelle designs is not responsible for loss or damage of returned items incurred through buyer's packaging and/or shipping carriers.

Enamel is glass fused onto metal and requires special handling like other handcrafted jewelry. Clean enamel with mild soap and water. All silver components can be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth or silver cleaner. Do not use silver cleaner on the enamel as it may dull the surface.
